Pacific salmon and red caviar produced at the “Vostochny Bereg” (Bering Seafood) fish processing plant are the best suited for followers of Judaism. Kamchatka is the only place in the world where Pacific salmon is harvested at a distance of 400 meters from the coast of the peninsula. This makes it possible to use a short production cycle at the plant — no more than four hours pass from catching fish to packaging finished products.
